Santa and Mrs. Claus returned to The Manhattan Village Shopping Center Friday morning for the center’s annual Holiday Parade. The parade started at the south end of the shopping center and worked its way up to the north entrance of the mall. The Manhattan Beach Fire Department towed Santa and his reindeer, who were led by the Mira Costa High School Marching Band. Kids got to meet Santa prior to the parade and also received gift bags provided by the Manhattan Village.
Through Saturday, December 24, children may talk to Santa about their Christmas wishes and have their photos taken with him at Santa’s Surf Hut, inside the center, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays (break times 1 to 2 and 5 to 6 p.m.) and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m (break times 2 to 3 p.m.).
