The second of three El Segundo Art Walks takes place throughout downtown El Segundo, from 5 to 9 p.m. Info at participating venues, including El Cuervo Gallery (featured in last week’s Easy Reader). The Torrance Historical Society is hosting its 13th annual 1950s-style summer event in front of the Torrance Historical Society and Museum, 1345 Post Ave., Old Torrance. The South Bay Film Society has tickets going on sale today for Alejandro Jodorowsky’s “Endless Poetry,” which screens at 7:15 on August 9 at the AMC Rolling Hills, 2591 Airport Drive, Torrance. It has a 97 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Jodorowsky is also the director of “El Topo,” “The Holy Mountain,” “Santa Sangre,” and others.
