Wheels of fire

The Beach Cities Roller Derby League has a match between the Hermosa Hit Girls and the Redondo Riots at 7 p.m. at Wilson Park’s Hockey Rink, 2400 Jefferson Ave., Torrance. It’s also, in a way, a Battle of the Bars (Redondo’s Gasser Lounge and Hermosa’s Hermosa Saloon). Tickets, $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Kids under 12 free.
