Basque dinner
“Supper in a California Basque Boardinghouse” is the title of a dinner and discussion, featuring a multi course Basque meal prepared by Basque-born chef Bernard Ibarra and a talk on Basque food by Easy Reader restaurant writer Richard Foss.
