Hermosa Beach Paper Shredding Event. Clean out old files and properly dispose of personal papers without compromising your personal information. The paper shredding will be done on-site at City Hall Parking Lot, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Documents are quickly and safely disposed of and later turned into a recycling facility. There is no limit on how much you can bring and please remove all plastic binders and binder clips!
EARTH DAY EVENT
The Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy celebrates Earth Day at the White Point Nature Preserve in San Pedro. Families are invited to participate by helping to beautify the native plant garden and trails, take hike with rangers through the preserve, enjoying a special art project with the PV Art Center, and much more. 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. 1600 W.
