Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach (CSCRB) hosts Duncan Tooley, medical hypnotist, artist and author. Learn and practice how to boost the body’s healing powers through self-hypnosis for specific medical needs. Paddlers from all over the world will take to the waters off  Southern California in the 40th annual Catalina Classic Paddleboard Race. Paddlers will leave the Isthmus cove, Catalina Island, at 6 a.m. and paddle 32 miles to the Manhattan Beach Pier. Swells, currents and wind conditions play into what is notoriously one of the most grueling endurance events in the world.
