Los Serenos de Point Vicente Hike. Join in for an easy hike/tour of the Point Vicente Lighthouse, the PVIC museum, the native plant garden and a walk along the spectacular bluff top at the Vicente Bluff Reserve. “DICK” A.J. TRACY
Dick passed away on Monday, June 30, 2014 at his home in Hermosa Beach. Per Dick’s wishes, there will be no formal memorial services. However, Dick’s friends are gathering at Summer’s Sports Bar & Grill, 3770 Highland Ave., Manhattan Beach at 12 noon, to toast their friend who has gone on to another adventure. All are welcome.

CLASSIC RACE
The 39th Catalina Classic Paddleboard Race. A traditional paddleboard race from Catalina Island to Manhattan Beach. Started in 1955, the Catalina Classic is the oldest and most celebrated endurance paddleboard race in the world. The historic 32-mile marathon, which begins at the Isthmus and ends at the Manhattan Beach Pier, attracts paddlers from all over the world and is known as the ‘Grand-Daddy of all Paddleboard Races.’ Visit catalinaclassicpaddleboardrace.org.
