MEDITATION WALK
Redondo Beach Center for Spiritual Living Labyrinth meditation walk. The Labyrinth is a continuous walking meditation path that ends in the middle of a circle. The walking meditation gives an opportunity to quiet thoughts, reduce stress and focus on life plans while listening to beautiful music from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m at Richelieu Hall, 907 Knob Hill Ave., Redondo Beach. 30th Annual California Coastal Cleanup Day, the state’s largest volunteer event.. Family Promise of the South Bay, a non-profit organization that offers a permanent solution to homeless families with children, will be hosting its Cardboard Box City fundraiser. The event encourages families to spend the night in a personalized cardboard box to gain a better understanding of life without a home.
