Spotlight on Art – PVAC Collected Treasures Estate Sale And Silent Auction
On June 3 and 4, supporters of the Palos Verdes Art Center were invited to an extraordinary shopping experience of curated selections of china, silver, glass, clothing, art and collectibles. The PVAC was also the recipient of a very generous donation from the Judith Solomon estate, which included artifacts, textiles and art from the family’s international travels. Admission was free and proceeds from the sales went to benefit The Circle, which is the PVAC’s fundraising arm. These funds will be directed towards the art center’s Beverly G. Alpay Center for Arts Education, which recently celebrated its 90 year anniversary of educating, enriching and building community through the arts.
