The Palos Verdes Junior Women’s Club’s annual spring fundraiser celebrated 61 years of its ongoing mission to raise funds to support women and children in crisis throughout the South Bay. “A Night on the Nile” on March 23 at Trump National Golf Club featured the beauty and majesty of ancient Egypt — a civilization not only renowned for its stunning art and architecture centered around the Nile River, but also for the honor accorded the country’s women. Over 300 guests enjoyed the dramatic décor, exotic flavors, engaging music, and artistic dance of the region along with silent and live auctions.
