The Peninsula High School Booster Club hosted a hugely successful fundraiser at the Palos Verdes Golf Club on March 8. With hundreds of guests in attendance and cheerleaders selling raffle tickets for big prizes, guests were enthralled with the sheer volume of silent and live auction items. They included a stunning Playa Del Rey mansion for a luxe 3-night stay, 4 VIP seats to the upcoming Peninsula High graduation ceremony, and “LA Sports Lovers” packages to see the Lakers and Dodgers. Primarily school parents were in attendance, along with high school parents, coaches, teachers and other key staff members. A chef-prepared sit down dinner led to loads of lively conversation, laughter, and camaraderie.
