SPOTLIGHT ON COMMUNITY Palos Verdes Golf Club Hosts Hard Hat Luncheon
On January 19, the Palos Verdes Golf Club hosted a “work-in-progress” Hard Hat Luncheon to preview their newly renovated foyer dining areas. Though the project was still several weeks from completion, it offered community members a behind-the-scenes look at their vision for their latest dining chapter. The new spaces were reimagined to reflect a fresh, more contemporary look, and feel according to General Manager David Conforti, General Manager of the Club. The alfresco luncheon was prepared by their in-house chef, Garrett Yokoyama, and included a butter lettuce salad with Cosmic Crisp apples and candied hazelnuts along with grilled Skuna Bay Salmon from Vancouver Island, with coconut curry and baby heirloom carrots, sunchokes and turnips.
