The Mark Fitchet Band featuring Jim Hale on the trumpet entertained hundreds of guests at the Los Verdes Country Club on March 15. Hosted by the school’s Parents Association and presided over by Claudia Krikorian, the fundraiser included live and silent auctions of art by the students of each class. The menu was creole inspired with spicy chicken gumbo and blackened catfish along with Mardi Gras Hurricane cocktails. Dancing went late into the evening.
