The Peninsula Friends of the Library celebrated Oktoberfest at the historic Malaga Cove Library on Oct. 5. The gallery room and garden were transformed 5 into a beer garden, with a German accordion player welcoming guests. Burnin Daylight Brewing Co. provided the beer, served warm pretzels and polka instructors taught guests to dance All proceeds benefit the Palos Verdes Library District.
