A “Classic Hollywood” themed gala was in celebration Peninsula residents Richard and Melanie Lundquist was hosted by LABiomed at the historic Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Earlier this year, on the occasion of their 70th birthdays, the Lundquist donated $70 million to LA BioMed. “The Lundquists’ gift gives us the ability to compete for the top-tier scientists and researchers as we take our work to the next level,” LABioMed CEO Dr. David Meyer said.
