In the company of the Consul General of Japan and hosted by Carolyn Elliott at her seaside Tuscan residence, the Asia America Symphony Guild put on their annual holiday fundraising boutique. A fashion show was presented by Renko Original Fashions. It was followed by a performance by symphony director David Benoit and his students, including a string quartet ensemble, a jazz quartet and then a solo performance by Benoit himself on the piano serenaded the captive audience. Over a dozen vendors sold one-of-a-kind holiday items and the Elliott home was decorated in a stunning, traditional christmas style. Proceeds will benefit AAYS programs.
