The City of Rancho Palos Verdes celebrate its 45th anniversary with special evening at the at the Point Vicente Interpretive Center. The beautiful oceanfront locale was the backdrop for a memorable evening of reflections, memories and a heartfelt appreciation for the people who worked so passionately and tirelessly in the late 1960s and early 1970s to make the City’s 1973 incorporation a reality. The 120 attendees enjoyed music, excellent food, and speeches from Mayor Susan Brooks and the RPV City Council, LA County Board Supervisor Janice Hahn and representatives from State Assemblyman Al Muratsuchi and Congressman Ted Lieu’s offices.
