Surfer, skier, sailor, businessman, hell-raiser, mentor and third generation Hermosan Dick Mobley was remembered Tuesday, July 10 by his many, wide ranging friends during a paddleout  at 22nd Street, where a teenaged Mobley once launched his garage-built catamarans. Mobley owned the Ski and Surf shop for 40 years, before retiring in 2005. He succumbed to a brain tumor in March, at age 70.
