That 🌈Double Rainbow! How I got the shot
Surely you noticed that amazing Double Rainbow that emerged over Manhattan Beach recently. It was on the same morning that the hail drop seemed so snow like over El Porto beach.
But I happened to be on the other side of town after the rainfall, down on 1st Street and the Strand, by the Neptune lifeguard tower. So for me, it was all rainbow, all the time, even though my camera was at home. I did have, however, my trusty Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max in my pocket, which did a yeoman’s job.
In the above video, through trial and error, I show the steps I took to get what’s quickly become one of my most popular photos.
