Torrance surf a surprise at SBBC/Dive N’ Surf contest

Dive N’ Surf is notoriously generous to surfers, and this year was no exception. Torrance Beach surf is notoriously stingy with waves, but this year was an exception. Remnants of the previous week’s storm surf provided contestants with overhead walls that contest surfers thrive on.O
