A coven of over 100 witches, along with a scattering of Harry Potters and young gremlins used stand-up paddleboards as broom sticks to drift across King Harbor’s main channel in Redondo Beach on Halloween. It was the second year the witches, organized by Erin Hanson, materialized out of the morning fog, just as boaters were trying to leave the harbor.
