A rally and sidewalk march will take place Saturday, Oct. 2, in Redondo Beach, in support of the national “Women’s March for Reproductive Rights,” to be held in more than 500 cities across the country.
The local event starts at Veterans Park at 8:30 a.m., with a rally featuring speaker Al Muratsuchi, state assembly representative, D-66th District.
At 9:15 a.m. participants will march south on a two-mile route to include Catalina Ave. and the Esplanade.
