Young runners set the pace in the 46th Annual Manhattan Beach 10K

Over 100 runners ages 14 and under competed in the 46th Annual Manhattan Beach 10K on Sunday, October 7. Three, all girls, were 8 or younger. The 9 to 11 age division drew 16 girls, and 34 boys. And the 12 to 14 age division was almost evenly divided, with 48 girls and 56 boys.

Cloe Santos, 7, of Manhattan Beach, won the 8 and under division in 1:09.

Juliette Williams, 11, of Redondo Beach, won the girls 9 to 11 division in 52:54.

Audrie Kim, 12, of Manhattan Beach, won the girls 12 to 14 division in 47:05

Ryoga Hoshino, 11, of Redondo Beach won the boys 9 to 11 division in 46:25

Matthew Yap, 14, of Manhattan Beach, won the boys 12 to 14 division in 39:53.
