Bartender of the Week: Christian at Silvio’s and Watermans in Hermosa Beach. He is a hustler who embodies the word “initiative,” always looking for the most efficient way to do anything. Chargers fan, known for jello shots at Watermans on NFL Sundays. Great at marketing, he has lots of facebook fans, I mean friends. Also serves as bar manager with the goal of opening his own bar in the near future. This is no pipe dream for him!
