Manhattan Beach Karate and Yoga’s camp is based on traditional Shotokan Karate and is taught by instructors with decades of experience. Limited in size to ensure quality, each camp is custom tailored based on its participants, from beginner to advanced.
“It’s a well-balanced educational, physical and fun camp, all very closely supervised,” said Nicolas Salcedo, Director of Manhattan Beach Karate & Yoga. “We focus on the development of balance of the mental, the physical, one’s spirit and one’s character (how not to fight). Our location puts us just blocks from the beach, so we can incorporate studio time as well as beach time.”
Manhattan Beach Karate and Yoga offers group and private sessions, couples shiatsu workshops and karate tournaments. Family packages are available.
