“Underage band” usually indicates slightly under 21. Crime Scene carves out a category that is all its own: Under-underage. This local Rock and Funk band is comprised of several multi-talented musicians ages 10 to 12!
The group met at the Coast Music Conservatory (Hermosa Beach) in Rock Band class, where they also rehearse under the guidance of instructors. In 2010, they burst onto the local music scene playing at local clubs, festivals, and parties. Jamming classics from the likes of Led Zeppelin and Guns N’ Roses, the little criminals stole 2nd prize in last year’s Battle Of The Bands at the Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair. This is their second year in a row taking the title for Best Underage Band.
