With the exception of a birth, trips to the hospital are rarely enjoyable experiences. But the service provided at the free valet parking at Providence Little Company of Mary give patrons one less thing to worry about.
Quick and courteous, Mike Olmedo, Jaime Lopez, Manuel Lara, Michael Marsillo, Christian Salazar and Flores Reyes of the contracted Minuteman Parking Company, will have a visitor’s automobile parked and returned in a safe manner.
The men help patients in and out of their vehicles and are also prompt in calling a volunteer to bring a wheelchair when assistance is needed.
“Whether it’s a patient or visitor, we try our best to get the vehicle parked and returned as soon as possible,” Olmedo said. “It’s nice to be acknowledged for that.”
Valet parking is available on the east side of the building and is offered Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. -RA
