The Hermosa Beach Police Department is inviting the public to have “Coffee with a Cop” on Wednesday, Dec. 19 at Java Man, 157 Pier Ave. Lt. Tom Thompson and a HBPD traffic officer will be available to answer law enforcement questions and make child car seat inspections— and drink coffee. The event will last from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
