The Manhattan Beach Annual Pier Lighting and Holiday Open House was held on Nov. 18 from 6 to 9 p.m.The downtown was bustling with real reindeer on Manhattan Avenue, the pier being lit at 7 p.m., and shop windows filled with dancers.
