Counterfeit bills At about 1:45 p.m on Dec. 13 at 1601 Hawthorne Blvd, officers were dispatched to a call regarding a subject attempting to pass counterfeit $100 bills at Target. According to a police release, officers arrived in the area and contacted the suspect in the Living Spaces parking lot. The officer recovered three counterfeit $100 bills from the suspect and placed him under arrest. Officers also determined that the suspect was on parole for stalking. An additional parole hold charge was placed on the suspect. Road rage At about 3:15 p.m on Dec. 13 at 200 N Prospect Ave., officers responded to a radio call of a road rage incident in the area of N. Prospect Avenue and Beryl Street. According to a release, officers arrived and contacted a victim. The victim told officers that her vehicle was intentionally rear-ended three times by a female suspect driving another vehicle. The female suspect yelled obscenities at the victim and fled. The victim provided a description to officers. About a half hour later, officers observed a vehicle, matching the description, traveling south on Blossom Lane towards 190th Street.
