Redondo’s track team runs to national prominence at Arcadia Invitational

Photo by Dean Lofgren Distance runners from Redondo Union High School continued to put the Sea Hawks track and field team on the national map with stellar performances at the 46th annual Arcadia Invitational last Friday and Saturday. For the last 12 years, the event has ranked first in the nation in the number of DyeStateElite marks recorded and has become the country’s largest prep activity run by a high school with the most schools participating. Redondo’s boys and girls distance medley relay teams each took first place while ranking among the nation’s best.
