The Hermosa Beach Education Foundation hosted its first Wine Walk Saturday night. The Sip and Stroll event was sold out, with 250 people attending, said Laurie Baker of the HBEF. Guests tasted wine and food inside five homes at 24th and Power streets. Baker said the organization made $20,000 from the event. Proceeds benefit Hermosa Valley and View schools.
