Mira Costa, Palos Verdes showdown set for gridiron
Mira Costa and Redondo were victorious in their Bay League openers, enjoying convincing road victories, but the celebrations don’t last long, particularly for Mira Costa. The Mustangs travel to face unbeaten Palos Verdes Friday in a 2:30 p.m. contest. Palos Verdes is ranked fifth in the CIF Southern Section Northern Division poll while Mira Costa holds the tenth spot.
