The patron saint of local art and artists, Richard Stephens, is closing up the South Bay’s most beloved art studio, Cannery Row, after an unlikely, astonishing, and beautiful two decade run. The show, This Is Where We Get Off, opens Saturday night at the venerable Redondo Beach establishment.
