Retired Coast Guard Petty Officer Steve Allen Morrow Jr., of Hermosa Beach will be remembered on the sand and with a paddle-out at 26th Street in Hermosa Beach on Friday, June 27 at 2:30 p.m. A reception will follow at North End.
