Redondo Beach retail workers and their customers must wear masks that cover their mouth and nose, under an order issued Friday by Redondo Beach City Manager and Emergency Services Director Joe Hoefgen. The order followed an overnight increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in Redondo Beach from 68 to 72.
