Bartender of week: Patrick Roe of Twelfth + Highland. Trend setting, red suspender-wearing, Elvis hair-sporting Patrick is known for making a quality (stiff) drink. Order anything off the signature drink menu he helped create as one of the founding bartenders. Try the “Twelve-tini” made with pomegranate vodka, POM juice, and mint leaves. Mint is strained out, so no floss needed. Smart. Don’t worry! This pretty face ain’t wasted; Patrick enjoys time in front of the camera with acting and modeling as well.
