Culinary historian, (and yes, A La Carte food writer) Richard Foss will present “Raising a Glass with Charles Dickens” at Collage in San Pedro on Saturday, December 16 at 2 p.m. He’ll explain traditional drinking culture and show how to make a Victorian rum punch.
