Jimmy Miller Memorial Foundation volunteers, JKLivin students celebrate Day at the Beach

The Jimmy Miller Memorial Foundation treated high school students from the JKlivin Foundation to a day of surfing, boogie boarding and yoga in Manhattan Beach on Saturday, June 4.

JKlivin was founded by Matthew McConaughey (“Lincoln Lawyer”) and wife Camila to empower high school students to make healthy choices.

The Jimmy Miller Memorial Foundation helps those with mental or physical disabilities to find joy through Ocean Therapy. The day began and ended with the 42 high schoolers from three different inner-city high schools joining 50 Jimmy Miller staff and volunteers in a gratitude circle.

Also participating were volunteers from Amigos Unidos, NCL, and Yoga by Genevieve Pujalet. ER.
