Arnil Pabalan at A/R Salon – Amil Pabalan credits a good following as the reason he was selected for the second year in a row as the South Bay’s choice for best hair stylist. While last year, it was the men who chose Pabalan as their top choice, it was South Bay’s women who voted him the person they trust most with their locks.
“I think I have good clients who believe in my work,” Pabalan said. “Some people don’t know what I want and I give them what they want.”

Pabalan graduated from Flavios Beauty School in Carson in 1988.
