The Riviera Wave riders are a crew of the most stoked surfers out there. “Surfing with aloha” is their creed and nothing epitomizes it more than their Annual Halloween Surf. For the seventh year in a row, the “RWR” put on a killer event. This year had the most dressed up surfers ever.
