Redondo Beach developer Pustilnikov plays Ahab to Wyland’s whale mural
After being angered by what he described as an “offensive response” from the Wyland Foundation to his initiation of a discussion about their 586-foot-long whale mural on the AES power plant, developer Leo Pustilnikov has made clear he does not intend to preserve the mural.
