Bouzy – We’re not sure which specialty salad our readers are such fans of –the southern fried chicken salad has been a favorite from the day the place opened, but the chilled grilled vegetable salad has plenty of partisans too. Or could it be their version of the blue cheese wedge? We’re not sure, but they’re all fresh and tasty, a delicious start to a meal for a table of friends or a party of one healthy, happy person.
