Middle school recognized for Mandarin classes [PHOTOS]

Manhattan Beach Middle School has recently partnered with the Confucius Institute at San Diego State University to offer Mandarin courses at the middle school. On Tuesday, Lilly Cheng, managing director of the institute, presented the school with a plaque recognizing the partnership.
