Coastal Hazard high tides and winds pound the Redondo Beach Pier (video)

King Tides, the highest astronomical tides of the year, pounded Redondo Beach with high tides reaching well over 7ft. Along with the high tides, gusty onshore winds also blew through Redondo Beach. Civic Couch went to the pier to document the conditions.
