Missing swimmer believed to be found

A man who went missing while in the water off 18th Street in Manhattan Beach on Apr. 19  was believed to be found Wednesday afternoon at Dockweiler Beach in El Segundo, according to a spokesperson from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.â
