The 2023 Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce awards were presented Oct. 17 at the Elks Lodge next to Veterans Park. Honored were Woman of the Year Bibi Goldstein, owner of a virtual assistant business; Man of the Year Kevin Cody, owner/publisher of Easy Reader; Volunteer of the Year, professional organizer Stephanie Boyd; Redondo Beach Chamber Ambassador of the Year, mortgage advisor Anastasia Bonholtzer; City Employee of the Year Ted Semaan, Public Works Director; and Non-profit Business of the Year, the Redondo Beach Kiwanis Club.
