Typically once a month, they provide a complimentary yoga class in the evening. You’ll be tempted to stop during class to take photos of the sunset. I managed to wait until the end. See if you can….

Breakwall Bar & Grill Restaurant in Redondo Beach, (formerly Kilkenny’s Irish Pub) is presently featured on Spike TV’s Bar Rescue. Having attending the launch party/final episode taping myself, back in March, I was curious to visit Breakwall without all the TV cameras. Floor to ceiling glass windows showcase thePacific Ocean without obstruction. Viewing winter sunsets from a cozy room is a treasured experience. Enjoy a bottle of Pacifico overlooking, well, the Pacific. Sampled munchies: Tortilla chips and guacamole. Other options include: Fire-grilled swordfish sliders, the Beach Burger with avocado andMaui onion, and a variety of salads. One of the owners herself, Allie Speed is regularly around to be spotted. There are several reasons to go to Naja’s Place, Redondo Beach: the beer, the music, the sports, the fact that it’s bike-able. Regardless, the first thing you should do when entering Naja’s is to Look Up! Tap handles in neat rows cover the ceiling. Now works of art, they were once functional. If 88 beers on tap and 13 high definition TVs don’t lure you, then maybe the sounds of Urban Dread will. The music is jammin’, but not too loud. Naja’s has found a way for music and sports to co-exist on a Saturday. Movie night is Thursday, December 22. I’m hoping to see National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. Reminder–stay on the inside of the rail while you consume your beer. Learned this rule firsthand….
