NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF REDONDO BEACH ON THE FOLLOWING MATTER. ANY AND ALL INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR AND BE HEARD.
SUBJECT OF THE HEARING: Consideration of an Exemption Declaration and Conditional Use Permit to allow the expansion of an existing restaurant to greater than 2,000-square feet within a commercial building on property located in a Commercial (C-1) zone.

CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT: The project is Categorically Exempt, pursuant to Section 15301 of the Guidelines of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF REDONDO BEACH ON THE FOLLOWING MATTER. ANY AND ALL INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR AND BE HEARD.
SUBJECT OF THE HEARING: Consideration of updates and amendments to the 2013 – 2021 Housing Element of the General Plan and a recommendation to the City Council on certification of Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 2013-12-MND-002 and adoption of the 2013 – 2021 Housing Element.
PROJECT LOCATION: City-wide
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of updates to the Housing Element of the Redondo Beach General Plan. Consistent with State-law, the Housing Element will sets forth goals, objective and policies to guide future residential development and ensure the provision of housing opportunities for all current and future residents.
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT: An Initial Environmental Study has been prepared and circulated for the project pursuant to Chapter 3, Title 10 of the Redondo Beach Municipal Code, and the Guidelines to the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Planning Commission will review and consider recommending to the City Council adoption of mitigation measures identified in the Mitigated Negative Declaration; no significant environmental impacts that cannot be mitigated are anticipated to occur as a result of this project.
