A cavalcade of costumed canines could be seen strutting their stuff at Dominguez Dog Park in Redondo Beach yesterday. The Halloween parade was organized by the volunteers of the non-profit Whiskers and Tails Foundation, which rescues abandoned dogs and places them in foster homes. Several small boutiques were in attendance, with all sales going toward the foundation.
